Terms of Service
Travel Planner · last updated August 30, 2026
Travel Planner is a personal, invite-only trip-planning site run by an individual for a small circle of people, free of charge. Creating an account means you accept these terms and the privacy policy. They're short on purpose.
The service
- The service is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind — no promise of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. It's a hobby project, not a product.
- It may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. Don't keep your only copy of anything important here.
- To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using it and delete your account.
Your account
- You must be 13 or older to use the service.
- Registration is invite-only. Keep your passkeys and sign-in methods to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility.
- The operator may disable or delete accounts that abuse the service, harass other users, or break these terms — and, after fair notice, accounts that don't accept a required policy update by its stated deadline.
Your content
- What you enter (trips, votes, plans, notes, suggestions) remains yours. You grant the operator permission to store it and show it to the people you choose to share it with — that's all the service does with it.
- Don't post content that is unlawful, or someone else's private information without their consent.
Ending things
You can delete your account and its data yourself at any time from Settings; the privacy policy describes exactly what removal means. If the service is discontinued, reasonable notice will be given in the app where possible.
Changes
Changes to these terms or the privacy policy are announced in the app after sign-in. Some changes will ask for your explicit acceptance by a stated date; continuing to use the service means you accept the current version.
